We Don't Sell Your Data. Period.

LocalBiz OP does not sell personal or business information to advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Some information may be processed by service providers when necessary to operate LocalBiz OP or provide a feature requested by the user. Those service providers are described further below.

The information processed by LocalBiz OPS depends on which features you choose to use.

Businesses using LocalBiz OP may enter, upload, import, photograph, scan, or otherwise provide information relating to their customers, employees, suppliers, and business operations.

The business using LocalBiz OP is responsible for ensuring that it has the appropriate authority, permission, or consent to collect, provide, store, communicate, or otherwise use that information as required by applicable law.

LocalBiz OP processes this information to provide the functions requested by the business and its authorized users.

Customer and Employee Information

LocalBiz OP allows businesses to maintain information about customers and team members.

This information may be used for functions such as customer management, scheduling, jobs, invoicing, payment reminders, business communications, employee access, Shift Change, and business reporting.

Business owners are responsible for determining which employees or authorized users should have access to their business information.

AI Business Assistant

LocalBiz OP includes AI-assisted features designed to help users understand and manage their business information.

When an AI feature is used, information relevant to the user's request may be processed by service providers necessary to generate the requested result.

LocalBiz OP seeks to limit information provided to these services to what is reasonably necessary to perform the requested function.

AI-generated information may contain errors.

Users should review important business, financial, inventory, customer, pricing, operational, or other information before relying upon it or taking action.

AI features are intended to assist the business owner and do not replace the owner's judgment or responsibility for business decisions.

Price Scout and Product Information

LocalBiz OP may use product identifiers, barcodes, product descriptions, supplier information, and pricing information to identify products and locate potential purchasing options.

Product descriptions, availability, prices, shipping charges, package quantities, and other information obtained from outside sources may change or contain errors.

Users should verify important product and purchasing information with the applicable seller or supplier before making a purchase.

Business Communications and Payment Reminders

LocalBiz Op may provide features that allow businesses to communicate with customers, employees, suppliers, or other business contacts.

This may include email, text messages, invoice communications, and payment reminders.

Businesses are responsible for ensuring that their communications comply with applicable laws and that they have any authorization or consent required to contact recipients.

Photographs, Documents, and Camera Features

Certain LocalBiz OP features may allow users to photograph, scan, or upload receipts, invoices, products, barcodes, business records, or other documents.

Camera access is used only when necessary for features requested by the user and subject to device permissions.

Users should avoid uploading information that is unnecessary for the business function they are performing.

Service Providers

LocalBiz OP may use third-party service providers where reasonably necessary to operate the service.

Depending on the features used, these providers may perform functions such as:

• Cloud hosting and database storage

• Account authentication

• Email delivery

• Text-message delivery

• Artificial intelligence processing

• Product identification

• Pricing and product searches

LocalBiz OP does not sell personal or business information to these providers for their own advertising or marketing purposes.

Payments and Subscriptions

Subscriptions purchased through a mobile application marketplace may be processed by the applicable app-store provider, such as Google Play or Apple's App Store.

Payment information handled directly by an app-store provider is subject to that provider's privacy practices.

LocalBiz OP generally does not receive complete payment-card information used to purchase an app-store subscription.

Data Security

LocalBiz OP uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

However, no electronic transmission, software service, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials and should contact LocalBiz OPS if they believe their account has been accessed without authorization.

Data Retention and Account Deletion

LocalBiz OP retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, comply with applicable legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Account owners may request deletion of their LocalBiz OPS account and associated business data through the app or through the LocalBiz OPS Account & Data Deletion page.

When an account is deleted, LocalBiz OP will delete or request deletion of associated user data from systems and service providers where applicable, except for information that must be retained for legitimate legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, security, accounting, or similar purposes.

Users should download any business records they wish to retain before requesting account deletion.

Children's Privacy

LocalBiz OP is designed for business use and is not directed toward children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the creation of a LocalBiz OP business account.

If we learn that information has been collected from a child in circumstances prohibited by applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to address the information.

Your Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of their account credentials
